Dance Prism Ballet Presents “Coppélia”

Join the local dancers of Dance Prism Ballet for an afternoon of comedy, mischief, and beautiful dance at the J. Everett Collins Center.

Coppélia is a lighthearted, family-friendly comic ballet—the perfect way to introduce children to the theater. Follow the story of Swanilda as she tries to discover the secret of the mysterious “mechanical doll” in Dr. Coppélius’s workshop.

This performance is a wonderful opportunity to support a local regional arts organization and inspire your young dancer.

Is this appropriate for children?
Yes! Coppélia is one of the few comic ballets. It is funny, bright, full of action, and has a clear story that is easy for children to follow.
