SUMMARY:CONVERSATION IN MOVEMENT | January 1-31\, 2026| Loading Dock Gallery
DESCRIPTION:Loading Dock Gallery is pleased to present Conversation in Movement\, a dynamic group exhibition featuring the work of Nino Gordeladze\, Dina Mordeno\, Ed Porzio\, and Johanna Tiemann. The show runs January 1–31\, 2026\, with a public reception on January 3 from 3–5 PM\, coinciding with Western Avenue Studios’ Open Studios. \nAs a special highlight\, dancer Kosmia Vaporis will perform a brief movement piece at approximately 4 PM\, bringing motion directly into the gallery. Her live performance will interact with the artwork\, illuminating the exhibition’s exploration of the subtle dialogue between stillness and movement. \nConversation in Movement delves into the poetic relationship between dance and visual art. Inspired by the unspoken language created when gesture\, color\, and form meet\, the exhibition invites visitors to experience an emotional and sensory exchange unfolding across the space. Painted forms\, playful color\, whimsical detail\, and captured motion merge into a shared expressive conversation. \nThe artists note that this exhibition grew from the natural dialogue that forms between visual and performing arts. Drawing inspiration from music\, dancers\, color\, and the quiet moments that define movement\, the works are united by rhythm and flow. Visitors are encouraged to linger\, reflect\, and discover their own interpretations. \nConversation in Movement will be open during regular Loading Dock Gallery hours throughout January. \nLoading Dock Gallery is part of Loading Dock Arts\, Inc.\, a 501(c)(3).
