SUMMARY:Rage Power Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Angry at the world? Need to let off some steam in a healthy way? Join Taylor in this power yoga class where we’ll listen to angry music\, let out all the feelings\, and allow ourselves to RAGE! This class will begin with deep breathing and grounding exercises\, followed by a sequence of yoga poses that will help to improve your strength\, flexibility\, and balance — all to a playlist filled with angry songs about the state of the world\, diminishing human rights\, etc etc. \nThis is a power yoga class\, so it is a bit more advanced and strength-based; however\, as always there will be modifications provided and everyone is more than welcome to do whatever feels right for them\, even if it’s simply laying on their mat and crying. We’ll end class with a powerful meditation meant to release any pent-up emotions that we may be carrying around. \nPLEASE NOTE: ***This class is an angry class. There will be adult language. There will be songs about the state of the world right now. This class is for those who are also angry\, and who also believe that every human deserves human rights.***

SUMMARY:Todd Rundgren: Still Me (Still We)
DESCRIPTION:A Wizard\, A True Star.\nThe title of Todd Rundgren’s 1973 solo album aptly sums up the contributions of this multi-faceted artist to state-of-the-art music. As a songwriter\, video pioneer\, producer\, recording artist\, computer software developer\, conceptualist\, and interactive artist (re-designated TRi)\, Rundgren has made a lasting impact on both the form and content of popular music. \nBorn and raised in Philadelphia\, Rundgren began playing guitar as a teenager\, going on to found and front The Nazz\, the quintessential `60’s psychedelic group. In 1969\, he left the band to pursue a solo career\, recording his debut offering\, the legendary Runt . But it was 1972’s seminal Something/Anything?\, on which he played all the instruments\, sang all the vocal parts\, and acted as his own producer\, that catapulted Todd into the superstar limelight\, prompting the press to unanimously dub him ‘Rock’s New Wunderkind’. It was followed by such landmark LPs as The Hermit of Mink Hollow and the above mentioned A Wizard\, A True Star\, as well as such hit singles as I Saw The Light\, Hello It’s Me\, Can We Still Be Friends\, and Bang The Drum.
