Bessie’s 40th Birthday Bash!

Discovery Museum turns 40 this year, and we’re celebrating with a birthday bash in honor of our museum mascot, Bessie, the big, green dinosaur. Help us create a great, big, colorful birthday hat fit for our favorite dino friend—and design your own unique party hat to add to the fun! Make a birthday card to support a local charity whose mission is to create special birthday moments for children who are in the hospital on their birthdays. Test out your observation skills on a Bessie-inspired scavenger hunt around our campus, and between 11am to 2pm enjoy treats available from the Jerry’s Famous Soft Serve truck!
