Chelmsford Health Department Fall Festival

Join the Chelmsford Public Health Department for a fun-filled day at the annual Fall Festival on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the Chelmsford Town Common!

This free community event brings together families, friends, local organizations, and businesses for an afternoon of autumn fun, entertainment, and community connection. Attendees can enjoy a wide variety of activities including face painting, a balloon artist, petting zoo, hayrides, bounce house, pumpkin painting, interactive dinosaurs, a princess show, video game trailer, and much more.
