Lowell Hip-Hop Festival Launch Party and Fundraiser

The Lowell Hip-Hop Festival is a new multicultural, family-friendly festival welcoming a diverse audience into Lowell through music, dance, and public art that spotlight local artists and reflect the city’s cultural richness. Rooted in Lowell’s own hip-hop and creative scenes, the Festival celebrates and teaches all four elements of hip-hop culture — MCing, DJing, Breaking, and Graffiti — across a full week of concerts, workshops, and community events held throughout the city.

We’ve been building this for months. Get your special first peek at 5:30 PM on August 27th at Warp & Weft.

Watch breakers hit the floor, dancers bust a move, and MCs spit a few choice bars.

Plus, get the real talk on what this is and where it’s headed. The full Lowell Hip-Hop Festival week of Oct. 10th – Oct. 18th gets revealed. Live, for the first time. Multiple events. Multiple venues. Many, many artists. Most of the details. (A few surprises still in the works.) You’ve gotta be in the room on August 27th to get it first.
